Summary
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Parts Counter Sales/Materials & Logistics for our Fort St. John location.

This position will report to the Sales & General Manager, Peace Region.
Role and Responsibilities
The duties of this position will consist primarily of phone and counter customer interaction and materials handling. After-hours parts on-call duties will also be required.
- Support customer phone call and walk-in traffic; picking customer orders
- Daily expediting of open Purchase Orders
- Data entry
- Filing of orders, purchase orders, and other items as necessary
- Handling of incoming, outgoing, and internal deliveries
- Coordination, scheduling and management of the 7/24 on-call parts rotation
- (on-call approximately 120-150 days per year)
- Coordinate repair returns, warranty confirmation, and tracking
- Conduct scheduled stock counts, inventory management
- Physical and computerized management of all stock/vendor returns and non-returnable stock
- Coordinating with our Safety team for distribution of safety supplies
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Forklift operation experience an asset, but not required (training will be provided)
- Mechanical aptitude/interest is an asset, but not required
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellence in customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Proven organization, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
- Detail-oriented
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Must be physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
- This position has been deemed as safety sensitive – successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment Alcohol and Drug test
