Summary

We currently recruiting for an Inside Sales position with our Express Team in the Edmonton Automation Centre. This role will report to the Manager, Application Specialists in Edmonton. 

This is a great opportunity for a Spartan with customer service experience serving our Customers, with our without a technical background, to enter into a Customer-facing sales role.

Role and Responsibilities

•    Interfacing with existing and new customer applications, typically with telephone support to provide products and solutions 
•    Provide troubleshooting support of instrumentation and referring to appropriate internal and factory expertise
•    Ensuring maintenance/servicing of existing company products and proposing replacement or alternates 
•    Being knowledgeable of and providing support for Spartan initiatives 
•    Proactively communicating customer concerns or opportunities to Spartan outside sales and management 
•    Product selection and order entry 
•    Excellence in customer service 

Qualifications and Skills

•    Proven customer service and communication skills, and a passion for Customer First
•    A Technical Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation, Engineering, or Business would be considered an asset
•    Technical training or customer service / coordinator / inside sales experience an asset
•    Some Emerson and/or other Spartan product knowledge would be an asset
•    SAP experience is an asset
•    Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
•    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 
•    Able to work within a small-team environment as well as independently 
•    Entrepreneurial work ethic
