Summary

We are recruiting for a Document Coordinator (12-month temporary term) for our Valves, Actuation & Measurement team, in Edmonton. In this role, you will support a wide variety of documentation functions. Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. You will report to the Manager, Coordinators who is based in Calgary.

Role and Responsibilities

•    Work closely with Project/Sales Coordinators and Application Engineering
•    Manage and execute documentation requirements from quote to order completion
•    Ensure documentation requirements are fulfilled within customer deadlines
•    Source and expedite documentation from multiple suppliers
•    Compile, track and manage documentation to ensure smooth execution
•    Prepare transmittals, coversheets, Manufacturers' Record Books, etc.
•    Perform electronic filing and logging
•    Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes
 

Qualifications and Skills

•    High school diploma
•    Post-secondary education and/or courses related to Business Administrative would be an asset
•    Previous experience working in document control or administrative support is preferred
•    Intermediate computer skills in MS Office Products (Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Exceptional communication skills and customer service practices
•    Highly organized and strong multi-tasking abilities
•    High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
•    Team oriented, positive demeanor and a can-do attitude
•    Strong relationship building skills
•    Entrepreneurial work ethic
